Fill in what you can in your Cost of Goods spreadsheet in the POP UP PACKAGES tab, and do a bit of research to put a placeholder where you’re not sure yet. Nothing is set in stone so play with your numbers a bit until they’re at a level that you’re happy with. Those will give you some targets to aspire towards once you’re booking your vendor partners.
